Let me know if you want to do anything&lt;br /&gt;extreme or just, fun stuff :) I'll be all ears!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here's something for you guys:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Trampoline Girls,&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br /&gt;You girls, have been putting in the effort, trying so &lt;br /&gt;hard to improve. It hasn't been easy but you guys are improving!&lt;br /&gt;Keep it up alright :) It was really comforting to see you guys,&lt;br /&gt;together, all charged up, aiming for one goal.&lt;br /&gt;And in the spirit of all this, I must say that you guys are really&lt;br /&gt;inspiring. In terms of, the willingness to train even without a &lt;br /&gt;coach, in disciplining yourselves to train and to be punctual.&lt;br /&gt;I'm sure Teng Lao Shi appreciates you guys, and so do I :)&lt;br /&gt;Keep your chins up, keep smiling alright! &lt;br /&gt;Go trampers, you guys will make it :) Make SnGym proud!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;C'Div Compulsory Girls,&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hey there juniors :) I'm not really sure if you know about this blog&lt;br /&gt;but I'll just leave something here for you guys. I know there are sec 1s&lt;br /&gt;and sec 2s training together, and I really hope that you guys will get&lt;br /&gt;along well with each other. Set a goal for yourselves alright? It'll&lt;br /&gt;really help to push and motivate you all towards the same goal rather&lt;br /&gt;than training aimlessly, not knowing what you guys are aiming for.&lt;br /&gt;We welcome Janel, into the gym family. And I know you guys will treat her&lt;br /&gt;really well, right? Don't give up on yourselves, don't sulk when we're asked&lt;br /&gt;to do more conditioning. Haha, it's rather interesting how there are only&lt;br /&gt;two of you. But I'm not leaving you two out. I know the both of you have been&lt;br /&gt;training really hard and I'm really proud of you, both :) There's always room&lt;br /&gt;for improvement, and there's always another year to look forward to!&lt;br /&gt;So train as hard as you can, push yourselves a little further.&lt;br /&gt;Chances of getting medals, aren't necessarily low okay?&lt;br /&gt;Keep going at the rate you are going, and I'm sure you'll both do well!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;B'Div Optional Girls,&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hey there :) The girls I train with every training. It's been awesome &lt;br /&gt;having you guys as my team mates. I've felt really happy and joyful just&lt;br /&gt;hearing some lame jokes, and just laughing at you guys :) It keeps me&lt;br /&gt;going at trainings, when I can't bother pushing myself any further.&lt;br /&gt;So here's thank you, to all of you! Let's work towards, one same goal.&lt;br /&gt;Let's train towards it, and take the gold back alright? It's going&lt;br /&gt;to be really awesome. Keep training hard, and I'm sure we'll do great!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;SN Artistic Gymnastics Team 06&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As captain, I really want to thank you guys for giving the support,&lt;br /&gt;for caring about me as a friend and just being there for me.&lt;br /&gt;I just thought, letting you guys know how I appreciate all of you,&lt;br /&gt;would eventually spill out to your own friendships too?&lt;br /&gt;After all, friends are friends forever.&lt;br /&gt;Spill it into the other friendships you have in class, with your&lt;br /&gt;family and relatives. Just simply show them you care.&lt;br /&gt;And that even means, Teng Lao Shi. &lt;br /&gt;You have to admit, she has been a great coach.&lt;br /&gt;Whether we've met with unhappy incidences, but let's still&lt;br /&gt;carry that respect for her, that appreciation she deserves.&lt;br /&gt;Because honestly, she deserves it. Without her, we probably&lt;br /&gt;won't be one of the top schools.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gym girls, you're all part of the team. Don't give up on each other,&lt;br /&gt;and most of all, yourselves. We can and we will do this as a team okay?&lt;br /&gt;This year's competition may be a little different, tramp girls having&lt;br /&gt;theirs a little earlier and such. But let's support one another, encourage&lt;br /&gt;each other and spur each other on! Now that the sec 2s, 3s and 4s are in &lt;br /&gt;sports classes, take care of each other okay :) &lt;br /&gt;Sec 1s, you'll get there really soon!
